Mexico Chiapas Turqesa

Chiapas notes a mildly rustic sweetness with a brown sugar aroma. The coffee has a moderate brightness and is fairly short in the aftertaste. For decades, the area in which this coffee grows has been overwhelmed by political and ethnic conflicts therefore the coffee is cultivated by small farms and indigenous tribes.
